Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan the global Social Media strategy with the support of the Social Media Coordinator
- Own the overall channel ROI, working closely with eCommerce to ensure commercial objectives can be met and on-site experience optimized
- Develop the online communications calendar for SEM, Email, Social and Affiliates
- Own the Email Marketing Calendar working with the Digital Marketing Assistant to optimize channel performance
- The Head of Digital Marketing works closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to develop CRM and Loyalty through Digital touchpoints
- Manage the Digital Marketing Agency performance for SEM, ESP, Paid Social and Affiliates
- Develop and create innovative ways to target and engage both existing and new customer audiences
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- At least 5-7 year's experience in Digital Marketing within a luxury or premium background
- Proven track record managing multiple Digital touch points including Social Media and delivering growth at a global scale
- Proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability for brand
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a busy environment
- Excellent team management skills and previous experience in managing a team
- Strong budget management, analytical with a keen eye for detail
