Head of Digital Marketing

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and plan the global Social Media strategy with the support of the Social Media Coordinator
  • Own the overall channel ROI, working closely with eCommerce to ensure commercial objectives can be met and on-site experience optimized
  • Develop the online communications calendar for SEM, Email, Social and Affiliates
  • Own the Email Marketing Calendar working with the Digital Marketing Assistant to optimize channel performance 
  • The Head of Digital Marketing works closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to develop CRM and Loyalty through Digital touchpoints 
  • Manage the Digital Marketing Agency performance for SEM, ESP, Paid Social and Affiliates  
  • Develop and create innovative ways to target and engage both existing and new customer audiences

Essential Skills & Requirements: 

  • At least 5-7 year's experience in Digital Marketing within a luxury or premium background
  • Proven track record managing multiple Digital touch points including Social Media and delivering growth at a global scale 
  • Proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability for brand
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a busy environment
  • Excellent team management skills and previous experience in managing a team
  • Strong budget management, analytical with a keen eye for detail
