Client Services Consultant

 

Our Client Services consultants are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensure every single brand experience is flawless.

What You’ll Do

  • Point of contact for global client enquiries (currently the website ships orders to the US, UK, EU, HK and Singapor
  • Deliver exceptional client service in keeping with luxury standards, offering product advice
  • Assist online clients with product enquiries, orders and returns via email and phone
  • Help clients register online and/or place an order
  • Represent the brands tone of voice, ensuring that all communication is of the highest standard
  • Assist clients across all categories with expert product knowledge
  • Maximise cross sales by suggesting relevant products
  • Communicate promptly with online clients regarding any change in information to their orders

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in an online personal shopper/client services role, ideally within a luxury retailer
  • Previous experience with an online sales platform (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Additional languages preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
